1. Introduction

Spirit Media Publishing ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have over that data.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent on site, referring URLs, browser type, and device information, collected via analytics tools.
  • Contact data — name and email address when you contact us directly by email.
  • Cookies — small files stored in your browser to improve site performance and analytics. See Section 5 for details.

We do not collect payment information. Any purchases are processed by third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Operate and improve our website and services.
  • Respond to enquiries you send us.
  • Understand how visitors use our site so we can produce better content.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. These services have their own privacy policies and may set cookies on your device. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

5. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to support analytics and site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@spiritmedia.us .

8. SMS and text messaging

Spirit Media Publishing sends text messages to clients and to people who contact us by phone or text. This includes automated replies when we miss your call, invoice and payment notifications, and two-way conversational support about your project. You provide consent when you call or text our business number, or when you engage us for publishing services.

When you text with us, we collect your mobile number, the content of your messages, and the date and time they were sent, so that we can respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. We use this information only to communicate with you about your account, your project, and your invoices.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Opting out of text messages does not affect email or postal communication about your account. See our messaging terms for full program details.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
